LIECHTENSTEIN
Liechtenstein is a doubly landlocked microstate in Central Europe, bordered entirely by Switzerland and Austria, making it one of only two countries in the world surrounded entirely by landlocked countries. It is the sixth smallest country in the world by area and is governed as a constitutional monarchy under the House of Liechtenstein, one of the few remaining princely families in Europe to retain significant political authority. Despite its size, it has one of the highest GDP per capita figures in the world, driven largely by its financial services sector and a low corporate tax environment.
