MALTA

Malta is a small archipelago nation in the central Mediterranean Sea, situated south of Sicily and north of the Libyan coast. It is one of the smallest and most densely populated countries in the world and has been continuously inhabited for approximately 7,000 years, with its megalithic temples predating both Stonehenge and the Egyptian pyramids and representing some of the oldest freestanding structures in the world.
