Venezuela is a country on the northern Caribbean coast of South America, bordered by Colombia, Brazil, and Guyana. It contains the Orinoco River basin, one of the longest river systems in South America, and is home to Angel Falls, the world’s highest uninterrupted waterfall at approximately 979 meters, located in the Canaima National Park in the country’s southeastern Guiana Highlands.
