GUAM

Guam is an unincorporated territory of the United States in the western Pacific Ocean, situated at the southern end of the Mariana Islands chain. It was a Spanish colony for more than 200 years before being ceded to the United States following the Spanish-American War of 1898 and was occupied by Japanese forces from 1941 to 1944 during World War II. Its residents are United States citizens but, like those of Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands, cannot vote in presidential elections.
