ANDORRA
Andorra is a small landlocked microstate in the eastern Pyrenees, bordered entirely by France and Spain. It is one of the smallest countries in Europe by area and has been governed since 1278 under a unique co-principality arrangement, with the President of France and the Bishop of Urgell in Spain serving jointly as heads of state, making it the only country in the world with two heads of state who are not themselves citizens of the country they govern.
