GUYANA
Guyana is a small country on the northeastern Atlantic coast of South America, bordered by Venezuela, Brazil, and Suriname. It is the only English-speaking country on the South American mainland, a legacy of British colonial rule, and its interior is covered largely by tropical rainforest, with the Kaieteur Falls, one of the world’s most powerful waterfalls by volume of water flow, located in its central highlands.
