ARUBA

Aruba is a small island and constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, located roughly 29 kilometers off the northwestern coast of Venezuela. It sits outside the Atlantic hurricane belt, which distinguishes it climatically from most of the eastern Caribbean, and has one of the most stable and arid climates in the region.
