Each year, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival brings beloved Disney characters and stories to life in a vibrant, elaborate display of flowers, topiaries, and other whimsical decorations. These creations are displayed all over the Orlando, FL park, making for amazing photo opportunities and discovery. There also are interactive exhibits as well as incredible foods and drinks at each of EPCOT’s ‘round-the-world destinations, a super fun concert series, and so much more to explore.
For 2025, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival runs from March 5 through June 2. And of course we loved it so much last year that we absolutely couldn’t miss it this time around!
Here are a few of our highlights from a trip to the 2025 Festival—enjoy!
Inside-Out Garden
This garden displayed flowers and plants of colors associated with the emotions in Inside-Out! We’ve got Joy, Sadness, Anxiety, Ennui, Fear, and all the rest.
Topiaries
A highlight every year at the International Flower and Garden Festival! I love these topiaries so much—especially Figment, which is created out of succulents.
Butterfly Garden
We were a little early to see all the butterflies, but I adored the garden! Some highlights from here are trumpet honeysuckle, tropical milkweed, fishtail palm, New Guinea impatiens, Egyptian starcluster, strawflower, and starburst bush. There were so many gorgeous plants and flowers in here—plus a box filled with chrysalides.
Tea Garden and Shakespeare Garden
This beautiful garden at the England pavilion showcased different types of plants used in teas—of course I had to pick up some English Breakfast Tea while we were here! There was also a gorgeous Shakespeare garden with quotes from his plays about different flowers and plants.
Penjing Garden
These miniature landscapes are similar to Japanese bonsai, but originating in China and with additional elements like rocks, moving water, and more.
Bonsai
Another one of my favorite spots during the International Flower and Garden Festival—a beautiful collection of bonsai in the Japanese pavilion. Also the taiko drummers!
Floating Gardens
This was a smallish display that I really liked—actually got a lot of ideas for indoor gardening here.
Bites
I didn’t take many photos of the food we got because I was so super excited about all the plants! Here are a few highlights: a champagne flight (and tiny Eiffel Tower chocolate) from France, an enormous slice of pizza from Italy, chocoflan and giant tostada from Mexico, grilled corn from the new Beach Grub stop, and of course my favorite: poutine from Canada!
