Zambia is a landlocked nation bordered by eight countries and defined largely by the Zambezi River system. It contains Victoria Falls on its southern border with Zimbabwe, one of the largest waterfalls in the world by volume, and a network of national parks that cover roughly a third of the country’s total land area.
